His project aims to manage food waste from the school’s canteen whilst empowering students with hands-on learning.
Project Objectives
- Reduce food waste to landfill by collecting leftover food from the canteen and using it as feed for Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) and chickens.
- Setting up an aquaponics system to demonstrate to students how waste can support a sustainable ecosystem.
