FAQs

Can all teachers join?

The Green Wira Programme currently accepts Primary and Secondary school teachers from Klang Valley (Government, Private and International Schools).

Is it virtual or physical?

The online learning is virtual on Open Learning’s platform but there are physical workshops within the entire programme such as our Green Wira Educamp and optional social networking gatherings.

How long is the whole programme?

From start to end, the programme runs across 1 Year, carefully curated to match the school curriculum and timetable. For educators who do not receive seed funding, the online course and physical Educamp will all occur within 3 months.

What happens if I do not get the seed funding?

Educators will still have received valuable learning from our online course and Educamp. After the completion of that, we remain dedicated to supporting educators through non-monetary collaborations, opportunities and guidance.

Do I need letters to apply?

We will be requesting for a signed Headmaster letter confirming and acknowledging your participation in this programme to ensure there is involvement from the whole school after the completion of this programme.
